Hi @Frank431 , Welcome to HP Support Community!

The message "key info is hidden" is likely being spoken by Windows Narrator, an accessibility feature designed for visually impaired users. When Narrator is active and you are typing a password, it announces that the information is hidden for security reasons (to prevent someone from listening to your password being read aloud).

This feature was likely turned on accidentally. To stop it, you need to turn off the Narrator.
How to Turn Off Narrator
You can usually turn off Narrator directly from the login screen:
Keyboard Shortcut: The fastest way to turn Narrator on or off is by pressing the Windows logo key + Ctrl + Enter simultaneously.
Sign-in options (Accessibility icon):
Look for the Accessibility icon (usually a circle with a person inside, or an easy-access icon) in the bottom-right corner of the login/password screen.
Click on the icon.
Look for the Narrator toggle switch and set it to Off.
Settings (once logged in): If you can log in, you can turn it off permanently in settings:
Go to Settings > Ease of Access (or Accessibility).
Select Narrator from the left-hand menu.
Turn the main "Narrator" switch to Off.
Once the Narrator is disabled, the voice should no longer say "key info is hidden" when you type your password.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted
