My new HP laptop‘s keyboard keeps freezing. Pressing the right shift key has not resolve the issue. I can’t even reboot with alt ctrl and shift. I can’t power it off. It’s stuck. Can’t do anything. Help please.

Thank you. I've managed to sort it by holding down the power button for a long while and that got the laptop restarted. I deleted the keyboard driver and got the laptop restarted and it seems to have resolved the issue for now.
