HP Recommended

Hi, my laptop is an HP EliteBook 840 G6.

It doesn't turn on. Every 10 seconds, the Caps Lock light blinks once and stays on for about 3 seconds. At the same time, the power indicator blinks 8 times.

I’m unable to access the BIOS as well.

Could someone please help me identify the issue?
