Try system restore:

  1. Turn off the PC by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
  2. Turn it on. When the manufacturer logo or spinning dots appear, hold the power button again for 10 seconds to turn it off.
  3. Repeat this forced shutdown three times.
  4. Turn it on normally the fourth time. Windows should display Preparing Automatic Repair and open the recovery screen.
  5. Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → System Restore.
  6. Select your account and enter the password if requested.
  7. Click Next, choose a restore point dated before the problem started, then click Next → Finish.
  8. Confirm and allow Windows to restart. Do not turn off the PC during the restore.

System Restore does not delete personal files such as documents, photos, or videos. However, drivers, updates, or software installed after the selected restore-point date may be removed or reverted, so you may need to reinstall them afterward.

If issue remains then let me know if this happens after any update? Do you have any important data in your laptop?
