Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop booting up extremely slow. Message suggested running system diagnostics.  Clicked on included link. Computer restarted but has been just sitting on initializing diagnostics for at least 30 minutes

search here , and try reinstalling:

1. diagnostic

2. driver-chipset

3. driver-enabling

4. driver-storage

5. firmware (adjust to your SSD)

6. software-solitions

7. utility-tools

8. Also check Windows Update to see if there is a BIOS update or firmware update in the optional update section.

Your problem is like the problem I once had.

Good luck.
