what can I do when my PC is not to work and then I see the message says like that version 1.6.1.0 for more information visit www.hp.com/go/tech center/PCDiags. 

*Memory test*hard drive check language exit

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

This message appears when your HP PC boots into the Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool, usually due to a startup problem.

Run the Memory Test:

  • Select Memory Test using the arrow keys and press Enter.
  • Let the test complete and note any error codes.

Run the Hard Drive Check:

  • Return to the main menu and select Hard Drive Check.
  • Run the Quick Test first. If it passes, run the Extensive Test.

If both tests pass, press Esc or select Exit to leave the diagnostics screen.

 

Try restarting the PC. If it still doesn't boot to Windows:

  • Turn off the PC.
  • Turn it on and immediately press F11 repeatedly to access System Recovery.
  • If the recovery environment loads, try Startup Repair.
