my Microsoft surface pro laptop installed updates and now I cannot get it to restart. it will not connect to my Wi-Fi and I get nothing better repeating loop of it trying to make repairs and diagnose what the issue is with no working solutions

 Go here for help with that Microsoft laptop.

 

I have had two SP, one was the sp3 and it's battery swelled up and split open the screen.  It was repaired by Micro$oft even though it was a year out of warranty. I appreciated that but the same thing happened a year later.  I have a photo of what the split looks like somewhere if you want to see it.  I was recently given an SP6 by one of my kids who upgraded.  it is lighter than my HP laptop.
