How can I access HP Build Workspace AI Vectorization tools? I have an HP account. Is this AI application free?

To access the AI Vectorization tools in HP Build Workspace, follow these steps:

1. Register for HP Build Workspace: Since you already have an HP account, ensure that you are registered for HP Build Workspace. Registration typically requires an invitation from an HP reseller. Once invited, follow the link in the welcome email to complete your registration.

2. Accessing the Workspace: Log in to your HP Build Workspace account. On the Build Workspace page, you will find various tools including the Vectorization tool.

3. Using the Vectorization Tool:

   • To start vectorizing, click on the Vectorize tool on the main page.
   • Upload your image or document that you wish to vectorize. Note that the supported file types include PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and BMP, with a maximum size limit of 200 MB per file.
   • Click the AI Vectorize button to start the vectorization process. You can crop the image to select specific parts for vectorization.

4. Editing and Downloading: After vectorization, you can use the built-in editor for any modifications. Changes like selecting segments, creating lines, or deleting parts can be done before downloading.

5. Payment for Services: The vectorization service is a paid feature. You need virtual monetary units called tokens to download or share the vectorized files. While the process of vectorizing is free, downloading or sharing the results requires tokens.

6. Payment and Tokens: Only the Workspace Admin can request tokens by contacting an HP representative for pricing. Tokens are not assigned to an individual but to a workspace, allowing Admins to enable select users to utilize them.

7. No charge for internal sharing: Once a file is paid for, other users with access can download or share it without additional tokens.
