New HP App

Can anyone tell me where to find the new HP app to download for Windows 11?  I keep getting the older HP Smart app. Thanks

The HP App replacement for HP Smart and Windows has not been released.

What are you missing?

If you have seen the HP App for Android, look for similar packaging in the HP App in iOS (currently in distribution by region) and, when it is released, the HP App for Windows.  Print and Scan features, for example, those supported in HP Smart, are expected to be available as well.

HP has not announced HP App for Windows --

When it is ready, the HP App will be dispersed by region (location on the planet).

When the application is ready in your area, the "update" will likely simply appear one day.

At that time, too, you will find the HP App at the central pickup area for Printer software and apps.

Beware of Fake Sites

Be very careful when out on the Internet looking for help - one little dot, space, or letter out of place can land you in trouble.

The official HP 123 site is where you can find the appropriate (and free) software and drivers for your printer.

There are many “fake” sites listed (in search engines) for “123” – please make sure you are using the actual “HP” site.

If you are asked for money to correct "issues" on your printer or computer OR if the “help” wants to sell you software, threatens you, or wants access to your computer, you are using a “fake” site. Do not give these people your information!
