@Win192, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy x360 laptop (I assume you meant "x360") has no power, no lights, and won't turn on, even after checking the connections, here are step-by-step troubleshooting steps you can take:

Check the Basics

  • Try a different power outlet to rule out outlet issues.
  • Use a known-good charger compatible with your Envy x360 (same wattage and tip type).
  • Ensure the charger LED (if present) is on when plugged into the wall.

Hard Reset

Sometimes a static discharge can prevent powering on.

  • Disconnect charger.
  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Reconnect charger and try powering on.

Check for Signs of Life

  • Any LED blink at all? On the power button, charging port, or keyboard?
  • Any sound from the fan or keyboard backlight?

If there are any blinking patterns, note them—they may indicate a hardware failure (e.g., 3 long, 2 short = RAM error).

Try BIOS Recovery

Sometimes a corrupted BIOS can cause a no-power issue.

  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Press and hold Win + B, then press and hold Power for 2–3 seconds.
  • Release power but keep holding Win + B for 10 more seconds.
  • If successful, the BIOS recovery screen should appear.

Inspect for Physical Damage

Check for:

Burn marks near the DC jack.

Bent pins inside the charging port.

Loose ribbon cables if opened.

If nothing works:

The DC power jack may be faulty and not sending power to the board.

The motherboard or power IC may have failed, especially after a surge or power event.
We then suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center: HP® Service Center Locator - United States | HP® Support
(Select the country from the dropdown menu and enter the city name or pincode)

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
