I don't have the Nvidia Control panel showing Display options. I uninstalled all Nvidia apps, restarted computer, reinstalled the Nvidia App, and still no Display options. Is there anything else I can do. All suggestions say to check the card is in the correct port, but this is an All-in-One.

Thank you. Susan N

Hi @SusanRoyNelson,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  1. The exact HP All-in-One model number
  2. The NVIDIA GPU model
  3. Whether Intel graphics is also present (Device Manager → Display adapters)
  4. Your Windows version (Windows 11 Home/Pro)

This will help confirm whether the display is hard-wired to the Intel GPU.

Additional troubleshooting steps to try

1. Check which GPU controls the display

  • Open Device Manager → Display adapters
  • If both Intel and NVIDIA are listed, this confirms hybrid graphics
  • Right-click the Intel GPU → Properties → Device status (confirm no errors)

2. Open Intel Graphics Control (Important)

Since the internal display is likely driven by Intel:

  • Open Intel Graphics Command Center
  • Look for display options (resolution, refresh rate, scaling)
These are the settings that replace NVIDIA’s Display tab on All-in-One systems.

3. Verify NVIDIA is in “Compute / Render Only” mode

  • Open NVIDIA Control Panel
  • Go to Manage 3D settings
  • This section should still be available and functional
If it is, then the NVIDIA GPU is working as intended.

4. Install HP-provided graphics drivers (Not NVIDIA generic)

  • Go to HP Support for your exact model
  • Install:
    • HP-approved Intel graphics driver
    • HP-approved NVIDIA graphics driver
HP customizes these drivers for hybrid All-in-One systems, and generic NVIDIA drivers can cause missing features.

5. BIOS check (If available)

  • Enter BIOS/UEFI at startup
  • Look for any option related to:
    • Hybrid graphics
    • Switchable graphics
Most All-in-Ones lock this setting, but it’s worth confirming.

I hope this helps.

thank you for the information, I have the HP OnmiStudio X Alll-inOne Desktop 32-c000, x64 based PC, according to System Information, and HP Assistant has: Product number: 9T0F5AV Serial number: 8CQ4370903.   I have the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. The Intel graphs shows up in Device Manager, and my Windows version is Windows 11 Home.

I checked the Display adapters, both are listed and no errors. In the Intel Graphic Control, it does show display options.  In the Nvidia control panel, I see the 3D manage settings.

I downloaded both drivers, but I also downloaded the most current driver for Nvidia already. The one listed in HP support is from a year ago, and the one I just installed was a few weeks ago. Should I go ahead and install the Intel driver, is from Dec 2024.

Before I do these drivers, I'd like to know what else you might have to say.  And, I haven't checked BIOS, I get a bit nervous doing anything with that.

Thank you, Susan Nelson
