OMEN by HP Transcend 16 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-u1000 (8N9K4AV)

I've been trying to resolve an issue with incorrect warranty dates on my brand new HP OMEN Transcend Laptop 16-u1001na that I received on 7th February 2025.

My situation:

  • Received this brand new OMEN Transcend on 7th February 2025 from HP.
  • Purchased a 3-year HP Care Pack specifically for this new device after Confirming with HP Support that it will work with the OMEN Transcend laptop.
  • Both factory warranty and Care Pack incorrectly show as expiring this month (linked to my old 2022 laptop)
  • They should instead run from February 2025 (when I received this replacement)

My attempts to resolve:

  • Spoke with HP Support on 26th February who promised resolution in 4-5 days
  • Submitted case #(Edited)which was marked Critical but closed without resolution
  • HP created case #(Edited)(not visible in my account)
  • Sent follow-up emails on 10th March to both HP Support and my case manager
  • No response received as of 3rd April 2025
  • New email sent on Thursday 3rd of April 2025 to (Edited) and other member of HP (Have not received any response as of today Sunday 6th April 2025)

I've been trying to get this resolved for nearly two months with no success. Has anyone experienced similar warranty date issues? Does anyone have contacts in HP management who might be able to help address this seemingly straightforward issue?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as my device is showing the warranty will expire very soon, despite being less than two months old.
