Hi if anyone can assist that would be very helpful. My HP laptop currently has a AMD Ryzen 3 3250U processor and installed RAM of 4.00GB. There's a position I'm applying for that is requiring I have 16GB of RAM and a better processor, would there be a way I can upgrade my specs for my current HP Laptop or would I have to get a completely new computer?

Hi:
You will need to purchase a new notebook if the job you are looking into requires a PC with a better processor.
Notebook processors are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Since you did not mention the model number of your notebook, the memory may or may not be able to be upgraded.
But I guess that doesn't matter if the AMD Ryzen 3 3250U processor doesn't meet the company's minimum PC requirements.
