hello,

I Have omnibook ultra flip for one week and im facing nothing other than problems with this machine.

1.first day after complete the initial setup there was a problem with touchpad glitch and not working.  I run the Windows update and update the driver  but the problem still appears from time to time .

2. The second problem when I take the laptop from my bag and open the screen the laptop stuck on tablet mode so the touchpad not working and fingerprint wont work until I move the laptop or close the screen and open it again.

3.battery life is so ok . 5~6 hours with normal use . I don't know if it needs some time to give the full performance.

4.touchpad some time click by itself and keeps doing this until I touch the screen and then it back to normal.

Hope HP fix these bugs whith updates because these bugs make the laptop really unreliable.

Oh me too! Mine hasn't been able to charge since I purchased it 2 months ago. Took the customer support weeks and several escalations to get a technician to come over and guess what, it is still not charging after getting the battery replaced. The worst purchase I've ever made. even the technician (a third party) claimed that dealing with HP is a nightmare.
