How can I find out how many pages I've printed? I don't see it anymore

Hi @Tarra1

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If you're using HP Instant Ink and want to find out how many pages you've printed this billing cycle, there are a few ways to check — even if the info doesn't show up clearly anymore.

Here's what to try:

Option 1: HP Smart App (Recommended)

Open the HP Smart app on your computer or phone.

Log in with the HP account associated with your Instant Ink subscription.

Go to “Instant Ink” or “HP+ Subscription”.

You should see:

How many pages you've printed this cycle

Your monthly page allowance

Any rollover pages remaining

⚠️ If you recently updated the app, the display may have changed. Look for a small “My Account”, “Ink Subscription”, or “Instant Ink” section under the printer name or settings icon.

Option 2: HP Instant Ink Website

Go to instantink.hpconnected.com

Log in with your HP account.

On the dashboard, look for:

Plan details

Pages printed this cycle

Rollover balance

Option 3: Printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

If the above methods don’t work:

Find your printer’s IP address from the printer screen or HP Smart app.

Type that IP address into a browser to open the printer’s Embedded Web Server.

Look under sections like Reports, Usage, or Instant Ink — depending on your model.

If You Still Don’t See It

Make sure your printer is connected to the internet.

Update the HP Smart app to the latest version.

Try checking on a different device or browser.

Would you like help checking from your HP account right now? I can guide you step-by-step.
