This is my PC, my question is can I upgrade the processer i3 to another one?

The Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor that model comes with is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

The FCBGA1449 socket fits BGA processors (Ball Grid Array) processors that are soldered to the motherboard.
