Can I upgrade the processor for my HP ProDesk 600 G3 Desktop Mini PC. I'm planning to upgrade to i5 6th gen processor

Yes, you can upgrade your HP ProDesk 600 G3 DM with an i5-6500T, but you may as well consider an i7-6700T, or better yet, an i7-7700T.
