HP Recommended

I want to purchase a laptop of HP from Amazon.in. They have mentioned as replacement by brand HP for defective product. But your customer care said that there is no such policy.

I Know HP has NO policy to replace machine except for very rare situations within one month or so. Otherwise you can claim warranty during its first year and send machine back to HP for repair.
