  • What error code is displayed on the blue screen?
  • Have you recently installed or updated any drivers or hardware?
  • Is the blue screen happening intermittently or consistently?
  • Have you run any system diagnostics or hardware tests?
  • Have you updated your system recently?
  • What type of error does the blue screen display?
  • Have you checked for corrupted system files?
  • Is your system overheating?
