Hi  @RAEES786

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you're seeing the "System Profile Changes Detected But Not Setup" message on your HP Victus laptop. I'll be happy to help check this with you.

To better understand what's happening, could you kindly share the following details?

  • When exactly does the message appear?
    • During startup?
    • After a BIOS update?
    • After changing hardware settings?
  • Are you able to continue into Windows after seeing the message?

In the meantime, kindly try these below steps:

  1. Perform a hard reset - Click here for steps
    • Shut down the laptop completely.
    • Disconnect the charger and any external devices.
    • Press and hold the Power button for 15-20 seconds.
    • Reconnect the charger and power on the laptop.
  2. Load BIOS Default Settings
    • Restart the notebook and repeatedly tap F10 to enter BIOS Setup.
    • Select Restore Defaults or Setup Defaults.
    • Save the changes and exit.
  3. Check for BIOS Updates
    • Open HP Support Assistant and check for any BIOS or firmware updates.
    • Install any available updates and restart the system.
  4. Run Hardware Diagnostics - Click here for steps
    • Power off the device.
    • Turn it on and repeatedly tap F2.
    • Run the System Tests and note any failure IDs or error codes.

If the message continues to appear after completing these steps, kindly let us know the results and share any photos of the exact message so we can provide more specific guidance.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
