I own an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-0023w (Product Number: 6YR56AA#ABA, Motherboard: HP 8643).
I am experiencing a TPM 2.0 firmware compatibility issue with Call of Duty’s Secure Attestation requirements.
My BIOS was originally F.41, and I successfully updated it to F.47. My TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are both enabled and pass Activision’s security scan.
However, my AMD TPM firmware version is 3.90.0.5, and the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard still reports “Attestation Requisite Not Met” and “BIOS Firmware Update Required.”
I would like to know if HP provides an official TPM firmware update for my exact model and motherboard that would resolve this issue.
If no update is available, please confirm whether this model is no longer eligible for TPM firmware updates required by Activision.
Thank you.

Unfortunately, according to this document from HP, they will not be releasing a BIOS update for the PC model series listed in that document to fix the AMD fTPM firmware attestation issue for that motherboard SSID.
