The HP Support Dashboard fails to add a device with a valid serial number. The serial number is Edited. Please add that device to my support dashboard. I have screen shots to document that the device is first identified, then reported to be added to the dashboard, but the device never shows up in the dashboard. Also, HP Support needs to open an incident for the defect I have identified in the dashboard, then provide me the incident number until this issue is resolved. Note : HP's AI bot is obviously useless in resolving this incident.

Verify Serial Number: Double-check that the serial number is entered correctly without any typos.

Check Compatibility: Ensure the device is compatible and supported by the HP Support Dashboard.

HP customer support is at an all time low.

 

NO this was not helpful and your solution is not accepted.

 

Just so you know, I was a software engineer for over 30 years and it's no surprise people like you are being replaced by bots.

 

You wasted my time. 

 

Either HP gets this machine on the dashboard or my next machine will not be from HP.
