Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Its says my Laptop is out of service when I tried to find the bluetooth driver for my Win 10 HP computer. Please suggest how to download bluetooth driver.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your PC come with?

 

If it is a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter, the W10 Bluetooth driver no longer works on the newer builds of W10.

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.

 

There you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
