Hi.  I have. HP laptop. Model 15s-eq1515sa.    If I try to use two screens via the c port connector, there doesn't appear to be any driver to recognise the screens.  They power on when I plug into the c port but then state no signal.  If I go to screens there isnt any option to duplicate or extend displays.  Any suggestions?

Hi @KJS2026

The issue is that the laptop's USB-C port is not compatible with DisplayPort, so you cannot see the image.

Thank you for your suggestion.   When I plug the c port multi screens into my daughter's laptop which is also a HP, and my work dell laptop and my husband's work HP laptop it works.  It's only on my HP laptop that it doesn't.

Each HP model is different; some have a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort, but your model does not have a port compatible with DisplayPort.
