Is it possible to upgrade my graphics card such as NVIDIA RTX 4090 in the HP Pavilion 16 af0003nx because it contains integrated intel graphics card with no thunderbolt ports

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.
Processors and graphics adapters are integral parts of your notebook's motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Even the memory in your notebook is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

That is not correct.
If your notebook has a Thunderbolt 3 /4 port (the specs do not mention a USB-C Thunderbolt port), you may be able to use an external graphics adapter, but I wouldn't be able to help you with that and recommend you start a new discussion if you are interested in something like that.
