I just purchased a brand-new HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 today, but when I checked the warranty status online, it shows that the warranty started back in 2022. This is clearly incorrect, as I bought the device today from an authorized retailer.
I wanted to dispute the warranty start date, but I can't find the "Dispute" button or option anywhere on the warranty check page.
Could someone please guide me on how to fix this issue or escalate it to HP support? I have the purchase receipt and all necessary documentation.

Thank you for letting me know. In this case, please share a copy of the English invoice that clearly includes the PC serial number. We’ll need this document to forward your request to the regional support team.
 

Please note that the invoices you shared earlier did not have the necessary details, so we weren’t able to proceed further. I’d recommend checking with the store and requesting a corrected invoice that clearly shows the serial number.
 

This process may take some time, but once you have the proper invoice, kindly share it with me in a private message (not in public) for your privacy. I’ll then do my best to escalate this and get you the support you need.
