I have raised a request with request number Edited but there is no update till now it has breached every deadline given to me either 24-48 hours or 5 business days.

The request was raised to correct warranty details with respect to invoice provided at the time of request but I don't know why it's taking so much time to just update the warranty.

I want to know the escalation matrix so that I can escalate the issue to get this done.

Hi @mayan3100488,

According to the case ID you provided, the case has already been escalated to the warranty update team with high priority.

Kindly check if the warranty details have been updated on your end. If the update has not yet reflected, please let me know,

I’ll escalate it further from my end to ensure it’s resolved at the earliest.

It sounds like we have the same issue. I bought a new laptop on October 6 and found the warranty has expired as the warranty laptop was shipped instead of date purchased. The warranty has already expired when I bout it. I went to their warranty site for s complaint but it simply offers an opportunity to buy and extended warranty. That doesn’t seem fair as it should be warranted from date of purchase. Can’t get any contact with a human only FAQ’s
