HP ENVY - 13t-aq000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following the OS reinstallation after a hard drive problem, windows states it is unable to detect the finger print sensor or face recognition for screen lock purposes. Kindly help me out. It does not work even after the relevant finger print software has been installed.

Thank you so much. But I  had tried it already and it said my product has all the drivers in place after i had uninstalled the biometrics and restarted the computer. Trying it again without restarting the computer for whatever its worth. If you have any other suggestions, please advise.
