Hi,

 

i recently bought an hp omen desktop form marktplaats.nl, but it didnt come with an activation password. is there somehow a way to change that? or is it set by the previous owner without any posibility of changing it? its the key before u can get into the BIOS

Look for the original purchase confirmation
The email from HP or the retailer typically contains important system and security information.
These details would have been provided to the original owner.

Ask the previous owner to verify their email
If you purchased the device second-hand, the previous owner would have received this email.
They can check their mail and share the required details with you.
