Also, could you let me know:

When you turn on the laptop, do you see any blinking lights (usually near the Caps Lock or power LED)?

Can you access the BIOS/UEFI?

Is the display blank, or does it show any errors?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Hey @taslim192

Thank you for your response

External Keyboard Works:

Since the external keyboard works fine, the OS isn’t blocking all input, so it’s likely the built-in keyboard or its connection.

Try a Hard Reset:

Power off the laptop, unplug charger and external devices, remove battery if possible, then hold power button for 15-20 seconds to discharge any residual power. Then power back on.

Update or Reset BIOS:

Since you can access BIOS with external keyboard, check if there’s a BIOS update available, or reset BIOS to defaults.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
