Hi @Beepee7

What do you mean by limited Thunderbolt 3 dock?  ,This PC does not have a Thunderbolt port. It has a USB-C port Gen 2 version 3.2.

Good morning Resistencia,

thank you for the clear response.

When I plugged in a ThunderBolt dock, I was getting a message that I only had limited TB capability and could not access any devices I attached to the dock..

Now I understand why.

I had wrongly assumed that this PC was TB capable because the USB C port in the front panel had a TB logo beside it.

Now I know better.

Thank you again.
