I am writing to request assistance with a battery issue on my HP laptop. I purchased the laptop in January 2025 in ISRAEL .
I have recently relocated to Portugal and am currently residing here. I need to have the battery checked as I suspect it may be faulty. Could you please advise me on the steps I need to take to have my laptop's battery inspected and potentially replaced under warranty?
As I do not currently speak Portuguese, I would greatly appreciate it if all correspondence and service arrangements could be conducted in English.
Please let me know what options are available to me for servicing my laptop in Portugal.
