Hi @Victor412

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you're unable to play Warzone/Rebirth because you're receiving an "Attestation Status Failed" message, and you've already tried updating the BIOS, but the BIOS version did not appear to change and the issue remains. Thank you for sharing the details and for already attempting a BIOS update.

To help us better understand the situation and identify the most appropriate HP guidance, could you please provide a few additional details?

  • What is the exact HP product model or product number of your computer?
  • Which version of Windows are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?
  • What BIOS version is currently shown in System Information (msinfo32)?
  • Which BIOS version were you expecting to install?
  • Did the BIOS update process complete successfully, or did you receive any messages during the update?
  • Have you already made any changes related to Secure Boot, TPM, or BIOS security settings?
  • Does Warzone show any additional message besides "Attestation Status Failed"?
  • When did the issue first begin—after a Windows update, BIOS update, hardware change, or game update?

Once you share the HP model and these details, we can take a closer look at the BIOS version behavior and the attestation status message before moving into troubleshooting steps.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,
