I need you hp to install the intel core i9 processor into this hp computer please because my  12th generation intel core i3 1215u processor is rubbish it keeps on lagging the laptop and also can u upgrade my storage to 1tb of storage please put the latest intel core i9 processor into this laptop please thank u.

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

You can replace the 128 GB M.2 NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.
