Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I'm going round in circles 😵 trying to find out what replacement battery I need for my Pavilion Laptop Model 15-cs0012na.

Do I need a 3 or 4 cell battery? What is the replacement part number? where is the best place to buy one? What tools do I need to do the replacement myself? Thank you.

Hi @Ochunchris 

 

The part number is

 

3-cell, 41 Whr L11119-855

 

Use that part number in a search engine to find a vendor.

 

See the service manual (page 35 to 37)  for how to change the battery.
