I just out in a work order, they charged me before the repair.  The speaker almost sounded AI, I am supposed to wait 1 hour for the email order number and receipt.  It took over 40 minutes to order, and the process for the operator to process the order was lengthy.  I called the number given, it just feels shading. Anyone else get that vibe but it worked out ok?

I’d like to help you sort this out and make sure everything is legitimate and moving in the right direction. When you have a moment, could you share the case ID or repair order number they said would be emailed to you?

That will help me understand what you were given and guide you on the next steps to confirm whether everything is correct and secure.

 

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share unit's serial number or Case ID and any sensitive information like your HP unit's serial number or product number or Case ID share it via private message!
