That's a M.2 Wi-Fi 6 card.

Your PC came with a RT5392 Wi-Fi adapter according to the parts list.

If you're running W10, the RT5392 Wi-Fi adapter does not work on W10 22H2 and completely disappears from the device manager.

There's no fix other than to purchase a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter.
