I am experiencing an issue with my HP laptop. When I attempt to perform a factory reset, I receive a message stating that the option is blocked by the system administrator.

This restriction is preventing me from restoring my device to its original settings. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
