my Bluetooth is not working

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Bluetooth issue! 

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled:

  • Go to your device settings to check if Bluetooth is turned on.

Update Firmware:

  • Use the Poly Lens application to update your headset's firmware.
  • Ensure that only one application is opened at a time.
  • Navigate to Settings > Sensors & Presence in the Poly Lens application to enable headset control functionality.

USB Cable Update:

  • Update the headset using the USB Cable, or when it’s paired to the Poly BT USB adapter.

Pairing a Bluetooth Headset with HP Devices

If you are using an HP device like the VVX series phone, follow these steps:

Access Bluetooth Settings:

  • Press the Settings button on your device.
  • Select Basic.
  • Scroll down and choose Bluetooth Settings.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth Radio option.

Manage Bluetooth Headsets:

  • Press the back arrow to return to the previous menu.
  • Select Manage Bluetooth headsets.
  • Select Scan to find available devices.

Pair and Connect:

  • Place your headset into discoverable mode.
  • When found, the headset name will appear on the screen.
  • Select the headset and press the Add soft key.
  • Once added, press the Connect soft key to start using the headset.
