@Manoj3477, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Check for Physical Obstruction
Check if the Windows key is physically stuck.
Gently press the key to ensure it isn't physically blocked or stuck.
Clean around the key if necessary.
Test with an External Keyboard
Plug in a USB or Bluetooth keyboard (if available) and check if the Windows key works on that keyboard.
If it does, there might be an issue with the laptop's built-in keyboard.
If the external keyboard also doesn't work, then the issue is likely software-related.
Update or Reinstall Keyboard Drivers
Open Device Manager:
Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
Scroll down to Keyboards, then right-click on your keyboard and choose Update Driver.
If no update is found, try Uninstalling the driver (it will automatically reinstall when you restart the laptop).
Check for System Updates
Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date as system updates can sometimes fix keyboard-related bugs.
Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
Run Windows Troubleshooter
Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters.
Scroll down and select Keyboard, then click Run the Troubleshooter.
This will automatically search for and fix any keyboard-related issues.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
