@lutitia, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer to your Windows 10 (64-bit) computer and can't find the WPS PIN as shown in the demonstration. I’ll guide you through the steps to resolve this.

What is the WPS PIN?

The WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) PIN is a unique 8-digit code generated by your printer to securely connect it to your wireless network.

How to Find the WPS PIN on Your HP DeskJet 4155e:

  1. Power on the printer and make sure it’s on the Home screen.
  2. On the printer control panel, press the Information (i) button.
  3. A printer information page will print out.
  4. Look for the WPS PIN on that page, it’s usually labeled clearly.

If pressing the “i” button doesn’t print the page, try pressing and holding the Wireless and Information buttons together for 3 seconds.

Connecting the Printer Using the WPS PIN:

  1. On your Windows 10 PC, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Click Add a printer or scanner.
  3. When your printer appears, select it. Windows will prompt you to enter the WPS PIN.
  4. Enter the 8-digit PIN from the printed page.
  5. The printer should now connect to your Wi-Fi and be ready to use.

Alternative: Use HP Smart App (Recommended)

If the WPS PIN method is not working or too complex, you can use the HP Smart app to easily set up your printer:

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
