Update Bluetooth Driver:

  • Visit the HP Support & Drivers page here.
  • Enter your laptop model number to find the latest Bluetooth drivers specific to your device.
  • Download and install the recommended Bluetooth driver.

Device Manager:

  • Open Device Manager by pressing Win + X and selecting Device Manager.
  • Find Bluetooth and expand the section.

Restart Bluetooth Services:

Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Use the built-in Windows troubleshooter.
