 Battery Replacement Inquiry for HP victus 15-fa0555TX (Product Number: 805X2PA)

Dear HP Community,

I hope you are well.

I am currently using the HP Victus 15-fa0555TX, and the battery has recently stopped functioning.

  • Product Name: Victus by HP Laptop 15-fa0555TX

  • Product Number: 805X2PA

After checking HP’s official parts website, I found the following battery listed under my device:

  • Part Number: M39179-005

  • Battery Specs: ,SKO-BATT 4C70Wh 4.55Ah LI

I have a few questions and would really appreciate your guidance:

  1. Is this the official OEM battery for my model?

  2. Can HP ship this battery to odisha directly? If not, could you recommend a trusted channel or HP-authorized distributor in ODISHA?

  3. If the exact model is not available in my region, is there any other compatible HP battery that would work safely and efficiently with my laptop?

  4. If HP-compatible options are not available, could you recommend any reliable third-party battery brands that are safe for use with this model?
