Hi @OGI78,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If the 'C' key on your HP Pavilion All-in-One 24 keyboard is not functioning while all other keys are working properly, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check for Physical Obstructions

  • Inspect the 'C' key for any physical debris or obstructions. Gently press around the key to see if it requires any cleaning or if it is stuck.

2. Clean the Keyboard

  • Use a can of compressed air to blow out any dust or debris that might be lodged under the keys. Be gentle to avoid damaging the keys.

3. Update Keyboard Drivers

  • Ensure that your keyboard drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through the Device Manager by typing "Device Manager" in the taskbar search box, locating the keyboard under the list of devices, and selecting "Update driver."

4. Test in Safe Mode

  • Restart your computer in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. This can help identify if there is a software conflict causing the issue.

5. Use On-Screen Keyboard

  • As a temporary workaround, use the Windows On-Screen Keyboard to input the letter 'C'. Go to Start > Windows Ease of Access > On-Screen Keyboard.

6. Check for a Software Conflict

  • Ensure that no software applications are interfering with keyboard input. Try closing any background applications and check if the 'C' key starts to function.

7. External Keyboard Test

  • Test using an external USB keyboard to determine if the issue is with the hardware. If an external keyboard works fine, the problem might be specific to the integrated keyboard.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
