Hello community, this post is for the supporter Eddie, who wrote me a solution message before,

which i cannot answer, becouse i receive the follow text:

Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied.

I hope that Eddie will take contact with me back again.

"Your post has been changed because invalid HTML ..." is a common editor error --

No, we don't know why the editor is fussy and prone to balking.

Stay in the message -- Or go back to your original Post and click "Reply"

From your Profile page, your first of two posts:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/AI-PCs/Restart-my-computer-getting-that-RunDLL-Window/m-p/9326893

Click to open the thread (message).

Click Reply

Load the content or retype your message.

When ready, Click to Post

If you see the HTML error,

Wait a few seconds and click "Post" again.

In general, a second (or even a third) Post attempt convinces the fussy editor to grab the message content and post your message to the Community.
