my product warrenty expired on 14th August i purchased or extended warrenty onn 13th august 2025 my order number is 101300007229667 purchase date is 134/08/2025. its not shiped yet showing in websites this is not any physical product you just update or extende my warrent period but still showing expired warrenty if somthing happens to my product who will be responsible i extended my warrenty within my warrenty tenure still you are not updated its more thanm 1 week .  please extend my warrenty period. i am trying to connectt executive but no one responding just harresing the customer . iam very disappointed with this kind of service you provided very bad expriance i am having with HP team

I truly understand your concern regarding the warranty status of your device, and I’m here to help clarify this for you.
 

Please note, we are not able to track order details directly from this channel. However, if you can kindly share a copy of your Care Pack purchase invoice, we can review the details and assist further. For privacy and security, please share this information only through a private support channel along with your PC’s serial number so our team can verify.
 

Just to reassure you, once you purchase or extend your warranty with an HP Care Pack, the activation does not reflect immediately. It can take up to 30 days from the date of purchase for the warranty extension to update in our systems. During this time, your coverage will still be valid as long as the Care Pack was purchased within the active warranty period, as you mentioned. 
 

👉 May I suggest you share your invoice copy and product serial number privately? That way, we can get all the help we can.
 

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
