Hi @Shashi09,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Update Graphics Driver

Ensure that you have the latest graphics driver installed. You can do this through the Device Manager or HP Support Assistant.

2. Check for Windows Updates

Make sure your Windows operating system is fully updated. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

3. Adjust Display Settings

Sometimes adjusting the display settings can help:

  • Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
  • Scroll down and click on Advanced display settings.
  • Change the refresh rate to a different setting.

4. Check for Faulty Cables or Connections

If you are using external monitors, check all the cables and connections to ensure they are properly connected.

5. Perform a Clean Boot

A clean boot can help identify if any third-party software is causing the issue:

  • Press Windows + R, type "msconfig" and press Enter.
  • Go to the Services tab, check the box for "Hide all Microsoft services", and then click on Disable all.
  • Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.
  • Disable all startup items.
  • Restart your computer.

6. HP Support Assistant

Use the HP Support Assistant to diagnose and fix any potential hardware issues:

  • Open HP Support Assistant from the taskbar.
  • Check for updates and perform any suggested actions.

I hope this helps.
