Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all ... seeking some help

I have limIted use of my hands and  I  am using  HP ELITE x360 1040 14 inch G11 2 IN 1 NOTEBOOK  PC..

To assist me I have obtained  a RECHARGABLE MPP2.0 TILT PEN...

I have looked on line for information regarding the compatibility of both...but cannot find any ...

on line video assistance shows a different tilt pen... the video refers to blue tooth which I dont believe is possible with this pen model.. I therefore assume that operating needs to be downloaded...

I would greatly appreciate any advice and guidance particularly with compatibility
