  • Unused pages from my monthly plan are not automatically rolling over to the next month.

Hi @Screecher1,

Understanding the Rollover Page Policy

Our service includes a feature that allows unused pages from a monthly plan to roll over for future use. However, there is a limit to the number of pages that can be accumulated.

The Rule:

The maximum number of rollover pages a customer can have in their account is capped at three times the page allowance of their monthly plan.

Example:

  • Plan Allowance: 50 pages per month.

  • Rollover Limit: The maximum number of rollover pages allowed is 50 x 3 = 150 pages.

How It Works:

Unused pages will only be added to the rollover balance if the current balance is below this 3x limit.

If a customer's rollover balance has already reached its maximum, any additional unused pages from the current month will not be added.

Scenario:

  1. A customer with a 50-page plan has already accumulated the maximum of 150 rollover pages.

  2. In the current month, they use only 30 of their 50 plan pages, leaving 20 pages unused.

  3. Because the rollover balance is already full (at 150), these 20 unused pages will not be added. The rollover balance will remain at 150.

Customers can check their account dashboard to view their current rollover balance. If there appears to be a discrepancy and the balance is below the limit, please contact support for further investigation.

I hope it helps.
