The system is locking up all the time, even trying to get to BIOS

I understand that you are facing issue with you HP device. To assist you with the issue, could you please confirm a few details along with the Product Number you are using?

  • Does the system freeze before Windows starts, such as on the HP logo or while entering the BIOS?
  • Are you able to access the BIOS at all by repeatedly tapping F10 during startup, or does it lock up there as well?
  • Have you recently made any hardware changes, installed updates, or connected new peripherals before the issue began?

If the system is locking up even while trying to access the BIOS, it could point to a hardware or firmware-related issue rather than Windows itself. Once I have the answers to the above questions, I'll guide you through the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
